In a bizarre crossover event that defies conventional forecasts, Ubisoft has unveiled an virtual crossover between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the renowned anime series Attack on Titan. The unusual Thanksgiving event continues from November 25 through December 22, including no-cost bonus story content for Shadows players.
Peculiar Mission Disclosed
According to the authorized statement, "A strange meeting leads characters Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh mission, where rumors of banned practices and fearsome changes echo through the obscurity." The plot features a "strangely attired woman named Ada" who assigns the pair with venturing into the Crystalline Cavern—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her companion from a hidden group.
The adventure concentrates on "peculiar tests and a fearsome adversary" and is accessible to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.
Iconic Locations and Changes
The preview features the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This important location was previously where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through generations. The preview finishes with a striking sequence showing a character, presumably the prisoner, transforming into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
Special Rewards and Additional Content
Players who successfully complete the adventure will receive an exclusive katana in addition to numerous items secreted throughout the area in concealed chests. The update also contains in-store Attack on Titan item packs, offering:

Third Free Story Update
