Soccer Player Aaron Ramsey Ups Bounty for Missing Pet in Mexico to $$20k
Welsh soccer player Aaron Ramsey has boosted the bounty for leads concerning the lost canine Halo to $twenty thousand dollars.
Ex- Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff City player, who now is with the Mexican club Pumas in the capital, mentioned that Halo was observed in a Mexican town, located in the Guanajuato zone.
the dog, who vanished on 9 October, was equipped with a dog tracker collar, and the footballer shared a Google maps location of the spot she vanished from.
"Any updates concerning our pet Halo please get in touch with us. Significant reward for reuniting with her. We are all wishing she's ok and will return to our side soon," Ramsey shared on Instagram.
Initial Offer and Heartfelt Pleas
The footballer initially disclosed that his dog had disappeared two weeks ago and has since posted multiple pictures of the cherished canine on Instagram.
A seven thousand five hundred pound reward was first offered, but with lack of updates on the dog's whereabouts after a seven days, Ramsey and his family doubled the sum.
"All we desire is Halo returned," he expressed in a further plea on social media after the decade-old pet was lost.
The most recent photograph post is a monochrome snapshot of Halo snoozing, her head resting in the crook of Ramsey's arm, with the caption: "What I wouldn't give to hold you one last time Halo."
Household's Worries and Background
The footballer has also circulated a message from his spouse Mrs. Ramsey on social media indicating they have several "pressing questions" about the event and worry the family "may never obtain explanations".
"To this day we haven't found Halo. It is unlikely we will," his wife's update stated.
The Wales leader signed with Mexico's first division club Pumas UNAM in recent months and made his first appearance in Liga MX in the eighth month.
The Caerphilly-born player is the initial high profile British Isles athlete to participate in the Liga MX.
